SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
3 lb. fresh pork, cut in 1" cubes
3 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. brown bouquet sauce
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 c. water
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. cornstarch
2 (5 oz.) cans water chestnuts, sliced & drained
1 med. green pepper, sliced in 1/2" strips
2 med. tomatoes, cut into chunks

In 4 quart casserole place pork, onion, soy sauce and bouquet sauce. Reserving juice, drain pineapple and set aside. Add juice to meat and stir well. Cover. Microwave at medium 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

In a small bowl stir together water, vinegar, brown sugar and cornstarch. Add to meat along with pineapple and water chestnuts. Cover. Microwave at medium high 30 minutes, stirring and adding green pepper after 15 minutes, until thick and clear. Add tomato chunks (can use canned) and let stand 10 minutes before serving with rice or crisp noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
