MARYLAND CRAB CAKES 
2 eggs
1 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 c. crab meat
Oil for frying

Mix the eggs with the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and mayonnaise. Fold in crab meat. Form into patties and fry for 5 minutes on each side.
