BEEF TENDERLOIN | |
1 well trimmed whole beef tenderloin 1 tsp. ground thyme 1 tsp. white pepper 1 tbsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. water Place beef on large sheet of aluminum foil and rub thyme into beef. Mix pepper, seasoned salt, garlic salt and oregano; sprinkle over beef and roll beef over foil to pick up remaining dry ingredients just sprinkled. Wrap beef in foil and refrigerate for 12 hours. Remove 2 hours before cooking. Place beef in cooking pan and sprinkle with salt and Worcestershire sauce. Add 1 cup water to the pan and cook 45 minutes at 400 degrees, rare to medium rare. Cook longer for medium to well. |
