MEAT AND CARROT TZIMMES 
3 lb. beef (chuck or brisket)
Salt & pepper

In Dutch oven place 2 chopped onions and brown meat. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour; pour in 3 cups boiling water. Cover and cook 1 hour. Add 8 carrots and 2 sweet potatoes, cut up, 4 tablespoons honey and bake at 375 degrees about 2 hours. Add prunes if desired. Uncover last 1/2 hour.
