SALISBURY STEAK ALA RITZ 
1 egg white
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
Salisbury steak
Paprika

1. With rotary beater, beat egg white in small bowl until stiff. Gently fold in sour cream, salt and horseradish until well combined.

2. Broil steak.

3. Frost top of steak with sour cream mixture; place under broiler until golden brown. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve at once.
