ROUND STEAK PINWHEELS
1 round steak, 1/2 inch thick (2 lbs. or larger)
3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated onion
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/3 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Tenderize steak by pounding with meat mallet. Mix together bread crumbs, grated onion, parsley, 1/3 cup soup, melted butter and seasonings. Spread stuffing mixture on round steak roll as for a jelly roll. Place rolled steak on heavy duty aluminum foil in baking dish.

Mix remaining soup with 1/2 can milk and pour over steak. Fold foil around steak and soup mixture and seal well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until steak is tender. Open foil and allow steak to brown last 10 minutes of cooking time. Use the mushroom soup sauce to make gravy. Slice rolled steak into 1 inch slices. Makes 8-12 servings.
