ROUND STEAK DELUXE 
3 lbs. round steak
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1/2 soup can of water
Green pepper if desired

Cut the round steak into serving sized pieces. Place raw steak into buttered casserole. Sprinkle onion soup over meat and add soups and water. Bake in a covered dish or top with foil at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Makes a rich gravy. Good served over rice or potatoes. Meat may also be cubed and served as a stew
