JIFFY COFFEE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter

Set aside 1 cup of crumbs for making topping later.

2 well beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 (1 layer) cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Beat well with electric mixer. Pour into two 9 inch pans and 4 muffin cups.

TOPPING:

Add to the cup of crumbs that were set aside:

2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Cinnamon to taste

Sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
