CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
1/2 c. chopped seedless grapes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. sour cream

Mix well. Serve cold. Place lettuce leaves on plate. Put 2 pineapple rings, cover with salad, put ripe olive on top. Very, very good on this hot days.
