PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. shredded zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil. Add zucchini, flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Mix well. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Spray Pam in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
