4 ripe pears
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

Halve pears. Core and remove peel. Prepare Jello pudding according to package. Stir in peppermint extract. Put pear halves in individual bowls for dessert. Cover pears with pudding-mint mixture. Top with a little whipped cream.
