1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. lemon juice
48 (3 inch) pastry rounds

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended after each. Add flour and mix well. Stir in lemon juice. Fill pastry-lined muffin pan cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4 dozen small pastries. Refrigerate to keep.
