1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour 1/2 c. Argo or Kingsford's cornstarch 1/2 c. 10X (confectioners') sugar 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter 1. Combine flour, cornstarch and sugar on wax paper. 2. Beat butter in a large bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until fluffy. Add flour mixture, beating until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 3. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with lightly floured fork. |
