CHICKEN LIVERS MARYLAND 
1 lb. chicken livers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1 lg. onion, sliced

In skillet, saute livers and onion until done. Add remaining ingredients and heat to just below boiling. Serve with rice or noodles. Will "wait" in double boiler or chafing dish. Variations: Instead of chicken livers, use 1 1/2 pounds of round steak cut into strips or 1 pound of tiny meatballs. Serves 4.
