CHICKEN LIVERS WRAPPED IN BACON 
1 lb. chicken livers
Prepared mustard
1 lb. partially cooked bacon
Salt and pepper to taste

Dry chicken livers with paper towels. Dot with mustard. Wrap with 1/2 strip of bacon and skewer with a toothpick. Broil in oven approximately 5 to 6 minutes, turning once.
