POOR MAN'S STEAK 
3 lbs. hamburger or ground chuck
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. hot water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix meat, crumbs and water together. Pat into a cookie sheet. Chill for at least 3 hours until firm. Cut into squares and brown. Put in baking dish. Pour soup over meat and bake at 250 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Or after browning, remove meat squares from drippings and make meat gravy. Place squares in baking dish; cover with gravy and bake at 250 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
