CHERRY SALAD 
2 boxes black cherry Jello (Food Club brand, if possible)
2 cans dark sweet, pitted cherries
2 sm. cans crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. (16 oz.) Coca-Cola
2 c. chopped pecans

Read entire recipe before beginning.

Drain cherries and pineapple, reserving 2 cups of juice. Heat juice and Coke; do not boil. Dissolve Jello in hot liquid, chill in refrigerator; do not jell.

Dice cream cheese into small pieces. Mix fruit, cream cheese, and pecans with the cold Jello mixture. Pour into 9x13 inch pan, jell, and serve.
