3 lb. mixed meats, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
3 eggs
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (Atkins brand)
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. parsley
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt

In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Place meat mixture into oiled loaf pan.

Bake at 375°F for 45 - 60 minutes.
