LOW CALORIE BANANA YOGURT FLIP 
1 (8 oz.) c. plain yogurt or fruited low fat yogurt
1 med. ripe bananas
1/2 c. orange juice, applesauce or pineapple juice
1/4 c. quick or old fashioned oats (uncooked)
1 tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1/2 c. crushed ice or 4 to 5 cubes

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor container. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. 2 servings, 1 cup, 230 calories. 5 mg. cholesterol. Diabetic exchange: 1 1/2 fruit. 1 starch/bread. 1/2 low fat milk.
