1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
3 eggs

Mix first 3 ingredients together, then pat them in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix the last 3 ingredients together. Pour mixture on the other ingredients in the pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
