1 stick butter
1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar

Mix butter, cake mix and 1 egg together. Best mixed with mixer. Press this in large Pyrex pan (9 x 12 inches). Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 2 eggs together with mixer. Pour on top of cake mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
