1 egg (beaten)
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. malt-o-meal (not cooked)
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Stir until flour is moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.
