ED'S FAVORITE SHISK-K-BOBS 
1 pkg. lean steak meat, about 1/2 inch thick or use chicken breasts
2-3 lg. handfuls mushrooms, quartered
2 green peppers, cut 1 inch squares
1 red pepper, cut 1 inch squares
2 (10 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
2 lg. onions, cut 1 inch squares
1 bottle of teriyaki sauce
1 pkg. skewers

Early that day or night before, pound the meat and cut it up. Place in large dish. Add all ingredients including pineapple and juice. Pour marinade over all, cover and refrigerate.

Later, take skewer and first place meat, onion, bell pepper, pineapple and mushrooms; repeat until about 1 1/2 to 2 inches from the end. They are ready for barbecuing or broiling in oven. Use marinade for sauce to dip in while eating.
