BOB'S ROAST LAMB WITH HERBS 
1 lamb roast or leg of lamb
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. salad oil

Combine the above herbs. Make slits in meat, rub the sauce thoroughly over and into the meat. Roast as usual. This is also very good on beef and venison.
