LIME CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts, 1/2 lb. each
1/3 c. olive oil (variation: use lemon juice)
Juice of 3 limes
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. fresh herb or 1 tbsp. dried herb (parsley, dill, tarragon, thyme, rosemary or oregano)
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Cut chicken breasts into 2 to 3 strips if desired. Marinade chicken 1 hour in oil, juice, garlic, 2 tablespoons herb, salt, and pepper. Grill or broil with 1 tablespoon herbs.
