PARADISE SALAD 
3 sm. pkgs. lime Jello
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Prepare lime Jello. Drain pineapple and cottage cheese. When Jello is stiffened enough to hold fruit add pineapple and cottage cheese. Mix lightly until evenly distributed. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
