TAMMY'S MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt

Cook macaroni, drain. Melt butter and blend in with flour. Add milk. Cook and stir over low heat until thick. Add salt, pepper, seasoning salt and cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Mix sauce with macaroni and put into a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
