MATT'S FAVORITE WHITE MACARONI
AND CHEESE
 
1 lb. macaroni noodles, cooked
4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
8 to 10 slices Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter, melted
8 tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour. Add milk, salt and pepper. Cook over medium high heat until boil, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute longer.

To assemble, place 1/2 macaroni in large casserole. Add 1/2 chicken. Stir in 1/2 milk mixture. Top with 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers, finishing all ingredients. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Great with ham or turkey, too, instead of chicken.
