EGG-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. bread crumbs
4 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated cheese
2 cans mushrooms (optional)
1 lb. sausage or 1 lb. bacon or Swiss cheese

Melt butter and pour over bread crumbs. Beat eggs, milk, and mustard. Combine ingredients. Mix. Put in casserole overnight. Bake at 315 degrees, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours or 1 hour without meat.
