PEACH CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. peaches, sliced

Combine sugar, flour and salt. Beat in sour cream, egg and vanilla; add peaches. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes. Cover with topping and bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix until crumbly and sprinkle on top of pie.
