CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS AND RICE 
Chicken pieces
1 c. brown rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 cans water (use soup can)
Fresh mushrooms
Optional meats: Pork chops or round steak

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a baking dish evenly spread rice out over bottom of dish. Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice.

Place chicken pieces over rice. Cover with mushroom soup and top with slices of fresh mushrooms. Add water. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
