CHICKEN WITH RICE AND MUSHROOMS 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
3/4 c. rice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (1 1/2 oz.) env. onion soup mix
2 chicken breasts, cut up

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix can of cream of mushroom soup and milk. Save 1/2 cup of mixture for later use. Mix soup and milk mixture, rice, mushrooms (with liquid), and 1/2 of dry onion soup mix. Pour into ungreased baking dish. Place chicken onto mixture in baking dish. Pour remaining soup and milk mixture over chicken and then sprinkle the remaining dry onion soup mix on top. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
