PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 can pineapple rings
1 tbsp. baking powder
7 tbsp. pineapple water
Cherries

Beat well the yolks with the pineapple water and the sugar. Add sifted flour and baking powder and at last the egg whites, beaten stiff. Grease the pan with butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Place the pineapple rings garnished with cherries on bottom. Pour batter over the pineapple and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
