NORWEGIAN PANCAKES 
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs by hand. Add sugar, add vanilla to milk. Pour some milk into eggs and mix. Then add flour; mix and then add rest of milk and melted butter.

Cook on hot griddle until golden. Sprinkle powdered sugar on, roll pancake up and serve.
