SWEDISH BRUNCH BREAKFAST | |
2 c. seasoned croutons 6-8 oz. (Old English) cheese (grated) 6 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 2 c. milk Dash of pepper 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled Put croutons on bottom of an 8x9 square pan. Cover with grated cheese. Mix eggs, mustard, milk and some bacon. Pour over cheese. Last 10 minutes put remainder of bacon on top. Bake 55 minutes at 325 degrees until brown and set. Double recipe for 9x13 pan. |
