BUFFET CASSEROLE 
4 lbs. chicken
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 med. onion

Cook with enough water to cover. Simmer until tender, cool. Pick chicken off bones in large pieces. Skim fat off broth. Saute: 2 tbsp. butter

Cook 16 ounces noodles. Cube 1 pound ham. Mix together noodles, chicken, ham and sauteed mushrooms. Pour the following sauce over and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.

SAUCE:

1/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. onion

Saute above. Stir in:

Add: 1 pt. chicken broth 1/4 tsp. dry mustard Salt & pepper

Cook until thick. Turkey works well in this recipe.
