2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
4 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. golden raisins
1 lg. can applesauce
1 tsp. baking soda

With electric mixer, mix first 4 ingredients. Sift together flour, cinnamon and allspice; add pecans and raisins. Add to first mixture. Mix together the soda and applesauce. Add to the mixture. Mix thoroughly. Fill greased pans 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
