KEY LIME CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 c. water
1 c. oil
4 lg. eggs
1 tbsp. key lime juice

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. lime juice

Mix well and pour over cake.

I have made this cake many times and everyone loves it. My kids request this when they come to visit. The one thing I would add is don't use anything bigger than a tooth pick to poke holes. I used a wood grilling skewer once and it got too moist but it was still good and the ate it.

Shades of St. Patrick's Day...it was moist and light. I used lime jello instead of the pudding..cause that's what I had. I will use this recipe again!!!
