IMPOSSIBLE MOCK RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. cut up rhubarb
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. soft butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

TOPPING:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Place the 3 cups of cut up rhubarb in a 9" pie plate. Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, butter, eggs and spices. Pour over rhubarb. Blend topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
