NEIMAN MARCUS CAKE

1 yellow cake mix (butter recipe)
3 eggs
1 stick butter

mix and press in sheet cake pan then mix for 5 minutes:

1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Pour over cake mix and bake 30-35 minutes or until brown at 350 degrees.

Spray pan with Pam before putting cake batter in.
