YARDSTICK COOKIES 
4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
3 sticks butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water

Mix all together. Divide into 4 balls. Roll narrow long way. Put filling down middle, then fold over each side. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Glaze with powdered sugar frosting.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. almond extract
1 stick butter
