WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. cooked wild rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 c. celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon or less cut up and fried

Saute mushrooms, celery and onions in butter. Mix soup with milk and add rest of ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degree oven. I sometimes use 1/2 white rice and double recipe.
