WILD RICE DISH 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
1-2 c. cooked wild rice, cook according to directions
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained or fresh mushrooms, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter; mix with rice and soup. Add 1/2 can of water. Bake in 1 1/2 quart covered casserole dish for 30-40 minutes.
