SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
3/4 c. sour cream

Mix raw hamburger and pork with onion, pepper, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce and milk. Refrigerate 2 hours. Form 1 tablespoon into ball and brown slowly in 1/4 cup oil. When all browned, remove balls and add to remaining oil flour, paprika, salt, pepper, water and sour cream. Add meat balls to sauce and simmer 1/2 hour.
