FUDGE SUNDAE PIE 
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. salt
Vanilla wafers
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Mix evaporated milk, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and salt in a one quart saucepan. Stir over medium heat until chocolate and marshmallows melt completely and mixture thickens. Remove from heat.

Line bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan with vanilla wafers. Spoon half of one quart vanilla ice cream over wafers, cover with half of the COOLED chocolate mixture. Repeat with remaining ice cream and chocolate. Top with chopped pecans. Freeze until firm.
