FUDGE SUNDAE PIE 
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened (I use a little more)
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Vanilla wafer cookies
Chopped nuts

Combine milk, chocolate bits and marshmallows. Cook over medium heat until marshmallows are melted and sauce thickens. Cool to room temperature.

Line bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate with cookies. Cover with layer of ice cream - top with layer of 1/2 of the chocolate sauce. Repeat layers. Top with chopped nuts. Freeze at least 3-5 hours.

Do not double sauce recipe. It won't thicken.
