4 pkgs. sm. strawberry Jello or 2 lg. pkgs.
4 c. boiling water
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
3/4 carton lg. sour cream

Let strawberries sit in warm water about 10 seconds then put on plate. Make Jello by mixing with hot water. Add pineapple and strawberries. Pour 1/2 of Jello mixture in mold (let get a little firm). Spread sour cream and top with remaining Jello mixture. Chill to firm.
