CHINESE CHICKEN 
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1 cut up onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Seasoned salt
Chicken pieces, skinned

Mix all ingredients together and pour over cut up chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Baste often. Turn after first hour.
