3 lbs. round steak, sliced very thin
Bacon
Onions
Toothpicks

C ut round steak into strips about 5x2. Place 1/2 strip of bacon on each strip of steak.

Place a piece of onion on top of bacon. Roll up in jelly roll style. Fasten with toothpicks.

Place in skillet and cover with water. Bring to boil and cook uncovered until most of the water is gone. Reduce heat and turn food often until it is browned.
