CHERRY MOLD SALAD | |
1 pkg. cherry jello 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 pkg. lemon jello 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 pkg. whipping cream 1/2 c. cherries 1/2 c. pecans Dissolve cherry jello in 1 cup boiling water, adding crushed pineapple, including juice. Let congeal. Dissolve 1 package lemon jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add cream cheese; whip until all the cheese is dissolved. Prepare whipping cream until stiff and fold in cherries and nuts. Fold whipping cream mixture into cream cheese and lemon jello mixture and pour on top of congealed cherry jello mixtures. Congeal completely. |
